Ten practices that matter more than the price tag.

Healthcare SaaS has a trust problem. We don't fix it by saying nice things. We fix it by writing down what we'll do, putting it on a public page, and getting held to it.

    Public, plain-English pricing

    Solo, Practice, and Clinic prices live on the pricing page in dollars and cents. Only Enterprise needs a conversation, and that's because the contract terms are genuinely different. No PDFs, no calculators that ask for your phone number first.

    30-day free trial, no card required

    Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. We don't ask for a credit card upfront. If you want to keep going after 30 days, that's when payment gets set up. If you don't, you don't get charged. There's no auto-conversion trick.

    60-day money-back guarantee

    If you've paid for Nemira and decide within 60 days that it isn't the right fit, we refund the full amount. No questions about why. Details on the refund policy page.

    One-click data export

    Every clinic can export every record they own as CSV plus PDF, any time, with no waiting period. If we ever stop being your tool of choice, your data leaves with you on day one.

    One-click cancellation

    Cancel in your account settings. No phone call, no retention department, no email-back-with-the-following-information form. The button is in plain sight.

  6. 06

    No surprise price hikes

    If we raise prices, existing customers get at least 12 months notice and at least 24 months at the original rate. We commit to that in writing in your contract.

    Quarterly "what we shipped" email

    Every quarter we send a plain-language summary of the features we built, the bugs we fixed, and what's coming next. You see what your subscription is paying for.

  8. 08

    Annual prepay discount: 10%

    Pay for a year up front, save 10%. We picked 10% deliberately. Anything bigger looks like a lock-in tactic dressed up as savings.

    Free for verified non-profit clinics

    If you're a verified non-profit clinic serving underserved populations, Nemira is free. We hold 10 free seats per year for this. Email contact@nemira.app to apply.

    Honest "you'd be better off elsewhere" recommendations

    If your clinic doesn't fit Nemira — too small, too specialized, a workflow we don't serve well — we'll tell you and point you at a better option. We'd rather not have you as a customer than have you frustrated. That's a long-term bet on reputation.
