When patients pay through Nemira, we add a small margin above Stripe's actual rate. Most clinic OS adds 1.5 to 3% above. Ours is 0.3 to 0.5%, and you see the breakdown.

Stripe's base rate is 2.9% + $0.30. The margin covers reconciliation, dispute handling, refunds, and payouts done for you inside the dashboard.

Frequent questions

The honest pricing FAQ.

  • Do I need a credit card to start?

    No. The 30-day free trial does not ask for a card. We only collect payment if you decide to continue past 30 days.

  • What happens at the end of the free trial?

    We email you a week before the trial ends. You can add a card and continue, or do nothing. We don't auto-charge a card you never gave us.

  • How do I cancel?

    One click in your account settings. No phone call, no retention conversation. Your data stays exportable.

  • What if I want a refund?

    Within 60 days of your first paid month, we refund the full amount, no questions about why. Past 60 days, we refund the unused portion of an annual prepay. Details on the refund policy page.

  • Will my price ever change?

    If we ever raise prices, existing customers get at least 12 months notice and at least 24 months at the original rate. We put that in your contract.

  • Do you do annual billing?

    Yes. Pay for a year up front and save 10%. We deliberately kept the discount small so it doesn't feel like a lock-in lure.

  • What if I'm a non-profit clinic?

    If you're a verified non-profit serving underserved patients, Nemira is free. We hold 10 free seats per year. Email contact@nemira.app to apply.

  • What if Nemira isn't the right fit for my clinic?

    We'll tell you, and we'll point you at a better option. We'd rather see you happy elsewhere than stuck with us. That's also why exports are one click.

  • Where can I see what's included in each plan side by side?

    Every feature limit lives in the tier cards above. We don't keep a hidden comparison sheet — what you see is what you get.
