Refund policy

60 days to change your mind. Full refund.

If you've paid for Nemira and it isn't the right fit, we refund the money. The conditions below exist to be specific about what we cover, not to be loopholes.

  • 60-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month

    Pay for your first month on any plan, decide within 60 days that Nemira isn't right, get the full amount back. We don't ask why. We don't make you talk to a retention rep. You email contact@nemira.app and we process the refund within five business days.

  • Annual prepay refunds are prorated

    If you paid for a year up front and cancel partway through, we refund the unused portion of the year, calculated by full unused months. We charge you for the months you actually used at the monthly rate (no annual discount on those months) and refund the rest.

  • Add-on charges are non-refundable

    One-time services (migration, custom integration build, custom report build, training) are non-refundable once work has started. We'll tell you when work has started so you can decide. Premium add-on subscriptions (custom domain, advanced marketing tools, etc.) refund on the same 60-day terms as the main plan.

  • Overage charges are non-refundable

    If you ran 3,000 SMS over your monthly quota and got charged for them, we can't undo that — Twilio already billed us for sending them. We can credit your account toward future use if you tell us why and we agree something went wrong.

  • Payment processing fees stay with Stripe

    When we refund subscription dollars, Stripe doesn't refund their processing fee on the original charge. That's typically 2.9% + $0.30. We absorb it on refunds within 60 days. After 60 days, the Stripe fee comes out of the prorated refund.

We confirm and process

We reply within one business day with the refund amount and a confirmation. The refund hits Stripe within five business days.

Your data stays exportable

If you want to walk away cleanly, export your records first (one click in the dashboard) so you have everything before account closure.

  • What if I'm past 60 days but Nemira had an outage that hurt my clinic?

    Email us. We've issued service credits before when we've fallen short of our uptime commitments. Refunds aren't the only remedy.

  • What if I cancel mid-month?

    Monthly plans bill at the start of the period and run to the end of the period. We don't auto-prorate mid-month cancellations downward; you keep access until the period ends. Annual plans prorate as described above.

  • What if I want to switch plans?

    You can switch plans any time in your account settings. Upgrading is immediate and prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle so we don't refund the difference mid-period.

  • What if I'm on a free trial?

    There's nothing to refund — you weren't charged. If you decide to continue past 30 days, the 60-day refund clock starts on your first paid month.

  • What if you're acquired or shut down?

    Our terms commit to 6 months of continued service or a refund of any prepaid annual portion, whichever you prefer. Data export remains available for at least 12 months after any service shutdown.

  • What if I just don't like the new feature you released?

    Not a refund situation, but a real one. Email us about it. Product feedback shapes the roadmap.
